LATERAL LINK CANDIDATES

Lateral Link is ahead of the curve when it comes to emerging models for recruitment, retention, and advancement of attorneys.   As a regular attendee at NALP conferences and summits, bar association events and seminars, and legal trade panels and presentations, including ones focusing on diversity hiring, we remain cognizant of the issues at stake and ways to address them in fostering a stronger legal community. 

We invite ALL of our candidates to voluntarily self identify by race, ethnicity, and gender. Our network consists of tens of thousands of highly credentialed attorneys from Top 25 law schools with Am Law 100 experience, many of whom have identified themselves as diversity candidates.

LATERAL LISTINGS

Our In-House Members may post jobs directly to our Member network for a small posting fee. We filter these job listings to qualified candidates who may self-submit without the active participation of our recruiters. Unlike other job posting boards, your Lateral Listing will deliver a manageable stack of resumes from a pre-vetted, qualified candidate pool.

The Cost?

We charge a small posting fee, $495 per job for a ninety (90) day period.

The Process?

Unlike our retained and contingent searches, Lateral Listings do not involve the professional services of our legal recruiters, but instead allow candidates to self submit via our online submission.
