Lateral Link was founded for attorneys, by attorneys. We apply the same standards of confidentiality and ethics to recruiting as we did as practicing attorneys.

What does that mean for you? Your personal information, including the fact that you are a Lateral Link Member, is never disclosed without your express permission. Employers DO NOT have access to our website. You can rely on us for information on a daily basis, without worrying that your current employer will learn that you are registered as a Member. We respect your confidentiality.

Additionally, until you give us express permission to submit you to a particular employer, we WILL NOT submit your application.
