We are excited to welcome two new recruiters to the Lateral Link Team: Lisa Forbes and Sandeep Rao.

Lisa Forbes is a Director in Lateral Link's Chicago office. Prior to joining Lateral Link, Lisa spent two years as an associate in the corporate department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP's Chicago office and six years as an in-house attorney for Deerfield Capital Corp., a publicly traded company listed on the Nasdaq, and Deerfield Capital Management LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor. Lisa holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in political science from Indiana University.

Sandeep Rao is an Associate Director for Lateral Link specializing in the New York market, where he manages attorney placements. Sandeep also establishes and maintains relationships with employers in need of attorney placement services on a national level. Before joining Lateral Link, Sandeep was a corporate associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York. Sandeep holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
